Terms of Service
For use of ReplayDelay ("the service"). Last updated: July 2026.
1. Provider
The service is provided by Simon Madsen, Denmark ("we"). Contact: replaydelay@smadsen.com.
2. The service
ReplayDelay shows a delayed video feed from a phone on a screen for training use. The live feed is never recorded. Clips a coach actively saves are downloadable by QR during the session and for up to 2 hours after — then deleted automatically (at the latest after 12 hours). No long-term video storage is provided.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created by an adult for a club or as a personal coach account. You are responsible for keeping passwords and kiosk links confidential. Athletes need no account.
4. Filming consent
The club/coach is responsible for valid filming consent — guardian consent for under-18s. See the privacy page and DPA.
5. Plans and prices
Free (1 session, 2 cameras, live replay only) · Coach €7/mo · Club €35/mo, incl. VAT collected by our payment provider. 30-day free trial on Club; after an unpurchased trial the account continues on Free. Price changes with 30 days' notice.
6. Payment via Polar
Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record — Polar is the formal seller, handling card payment, VAT, receipts and refunds under Polar's terms. Cancel anytime effective end of the paid period via "Manage subscription".
7. Acceptable use
Training/teaching purposes only; no recording or sharing without consent, no unlawful use. Abuse may lead to suspension.
8. Availability
Provided "as is", no SLA. Streaming depends on your devices and network.
9. Data
See the privacy page; the club is controller, we are processor under a DPA.
10. Liability
Total liability capped at fees paid in the last 12 months; no indirect losses; automatic clip deletion per the service's described function is not a compensable loss. Mandatory law unaffected.
11. Termination
Delete your club anytime (Settings → Danger zone). We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately on material breach.
12. Changes
Material changes announced 30 days in advance.
13. Law and venue
Danish law; Danish courts. Mandatory consumer rights unaffected.
